Obtained from the recovery of existing buildings located in a pretty village a few steps away from the historic centre.

Thanks to its strategic position, it is possible to reach the international airport of Pisa and the beautiful city of Siena, in less than 1 hour by car, the nearest beaches in just 45 minutes, in half an hour by car the town of chianti and the town of San Gimignano and in an hour and a half you can reach Lucca, the Versilia and the romantic Florence.

The project involves the renovation and restoration of existing buildings plus the construction of three new independent buildings, for
a total of 7 buildings, to obtain a resort with 18 housing units, each with independent entrance.

The renovation will be carried out according to the canons of the Tuscan style: beamed ceilings, vaults, terracotta and exposed stone floors. 

We will try to use, where possible, the original material, to recreate the atmosphere of the old farmhouse immersed in a unique context of tranquillity and independence.

Each apartment has an outdoor area: an exclusive courtyard is assigned to the units on the ground floor while the units on the first floor have terraces with spectacular panoramic views.

Each apartment has exclusive parking spaces and share of the condominium pool.

Inside the complex there are original water containers, which once served the complex for water needs.

The complex has easy access via a 150 meters local dirt road in good condition, the last section of which is the exclusive property of the complex.

Units of various sizes and prices are available to satisfy various needs.

Presently, approximately 80% of the renovation has been carried out, so that each individual unit can be customized according to the owner’s taste.

All the outside walls of the buildings were built, all the fittings were prepared, plasters and internal divisions, sidewalks and some condominium parts, such as the pool and the stairs connecting the various buildings. The next step will be to close the lodgings with typical Tuscan fixtures.

A sample apartment has been completed, so that it is possible to see the chosen materials.
The building C, at the moment, hasn’t been built because it is totally customizable: there is the possibility to create an independent villa  of about 200sq m. gross, to be used as a private house, two-family house, caretaker's accommodation or restaurant for the entire complex.
