An extraordinary example of "Tuscan Leopoldina", whose architectural project admirably satisfies both practical and aestethical requirements, located on a gentle hill a few minutes far from Lari Castle.

A double row of cypresses lines the main entrance road and crosses the 15,000sq m plane tree garden. 

The brickwork facade is very bright due to its southern exposure and has six doorways, one of whom leading to the large cellars characterized by arches and groin vaults, the only part of the farmhouse used today as a craft workshop and hence still to be restored.

A stone stairs lead to the first floor, hosting a kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a large bathroom and a studio, all well arranged around a large earthenware tile fireplace. From the studio we get to a huge 90sq m hall, adjoining, on one side, a dining room with a beautiful marble fireplace and two large rooms, each one with an ante-room and a bathroom, and, on the other side, a staircase leading to the turret, once used as a pigeon loft and currently dedicated to the exclusive master bedroom, with en suite bathroom and a small living room.


The stone double staircase connects the hall to the ground floor, hosting the professional kitchen and several rooms for food processing and storage, as well as another large groin vaults hall, with another earthenware tile fireplace and service areas.
