Majestic castle and countryside estate, set in 530 hectares (~1,310 acres) in Umbria.
The estate consists of the castle; a consecrated chapel; 12 farmhouses — some finished, others needing restoration; several agricultural buildings and stables.
Most of the farmhouses consist of a main building plus various annexes, stables, workshops, granaries, etc.
Around 200 hectares are arable; the rest is divided between pasture, vineyard, olive grove, forest, a lake of about 4 hectares plus a wildlife hunting reserve with attached hunting lodge.
Produce grown includes Nebbiolo grapes, mushrooms and truffles.
Some 55% of the land is flat, 30% made up of gentle hills and 15% high, south-facing hills.
There are two built-up areas —one of about 2 hectares for residential use, the other of about 16 hectares for industrial craft use.
Accommodation capacity amounts to 150 beds in the farmhouses and another 100 in the castle. There is a project for the construction of 50 bedrooms.
