The complex is situated in Saint Vincent, about half an hour's drive away from Aosta. Saint-Vincent enjoys a central position in Aosta Valley and unfolds as an amphitheatre from the chain of mount Zerbion and from the thick conifer forests of Col de Joux down to the Dora Baltea river, with views of the Mount Blanc in the distance.
The complex is 1600 above sea level and includes restaurants, spa, tennis court, surrounded by a parkland where it is possible to see many wild species such as deer, marmots.
The complex also features a heated swimming pool.
In total there are 18 chalets.
On three levels the chalets measure 184 sq m and additionally there is a 30 sq m garage with direct access from the house.
The internal lay-out can be modified, however, the plan foresees a laundry room, cellar, area for wardrobe, ski and general storage area and room which can be used as sauna and relax.
The ground floor is 80 sq m and is raised from the ground level; it consists of open-plan lounge with kitchenette or cooking area, fireplace, dining area and bathroom. On this floor there is also a room for wood storage and a double bedroom.
The top floor comprises a bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a smaller bedroom or study room.
